Effective July 15th, 2008:
1st Bank Yuma is happy to announce the successful addition of a new security feature to our online banking called Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA. MFA uses several different methods to help ensure that our online banking customers are protected against fraudulent attacks such as phishing, spoofing, key logging, and identity theft to duplicate banking websites. MFA will randomly assign you a picture to ensure you are at the official website for 1st Bank Yuma. MFA will also require additional security questions to be answered. You will not have to select a new password during this process. This additional security feature is mandated by the Federal Government for your protection. Please call our Personal Bankers with any questions you may have.

1st Bank Yuma will NEVER contact you to obtain your personal financial data via any means, including email, instant message, telephone, USPS mail, etc. Why not?
