What can I do to make the process more secure?

  • Do not include any personal or easily identifiable information in your Access ID or Password
  • Keep your Access ID and Password confidential.
  • Know that the employees at 1st Bank Yuma will never ask you for or need to know your Online Password. Do not give it to anyone.
  • Never walk away from your computer with your account information on the screen.
  • Completely exit from Online Banking as soon as you finish your banking activities.
  • If you feel the security of your Password has been compromised, change it immediately.
  • Change your Password frequently using the “change password” function
