Exciting debit card changes COMING SOON!
On March 28, 2018, 1st Bank Yuma will be changing to a new debit/ATM card program that offers you great new benefits.
Your new debit/ATM card will arrive within the next two weeks. Watch your mail. If you don’t receive your new ATM Card or Mastercard® Debit Cards with chip card (EMV) technology by Friday, March 23, please call 1st Bank Yuma at 866-384-3226.
Your new PIN will arrive in the mail a few days after your card. If you wish to customize your PIN, call 800-717-4923 to change your PIN using an interactive voice response system.
You can activate your new card in one of three ways
Be sure to destroy your old card on March 28. Your old debit/ATM card will no longer function on March 28.
Your new debit card will be labeled MasterCard®, which is a change from your current Visa® debit card. Once you receive your new debit card, you’ll need to provide the new number to businesses and service providers that charge your card for recurring or automated payments, such as utility companies, internet services or fitness centers. On or after March 28, any use of the old card will cause your payment to decline and potentially interrupt your service.
Access account information anywhere, anytime with SHAZAM BOLT$
1st Bank Yuma is also introducing the SHAZAM BOLT$ app, which allows you to access balance information anytime, anywhere. SHAZAM BOLT$ adds another layer of protection to your debit card by allowing you to set up activity alerts. Download SHAZAM BOLT$ today on the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™. The SHAZAM BOLT$ app is separate from 1st Bank Yuma’s Mobile Banking app also located for download on the Apple® App Store® and Google Play™.
